Site Configured for Tag1 Quo Does Not Display on Dashboard

Where should I install Tag1 Quo?
In most cases, you’ll want to run Tag1 Quo on your production website. Using your live site will allow you to capture useful data about update history within Tag1 Quo.
Defining Tag1Quo configuration using settings.php
You can specify some settings for the Tag1 Quo module in your settings.php file.
Where can I find my Site ID?
Your Site ID is the Site Identifier. You can find this in the Administrative section of your Tag1 Quo enabled website. Use this value to replace MY_SITE_ID where indicated.
