Information Collected by Tag1 Quo Website

We collect personally identifiable information during user registration which can be used to contact or otherwise identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, email address, billing address, and credit card information ("Personal Information"). When you request web pages, our server collects information including but not limited to your domain name, IP address, and the pages you visit. Information Collected by Tag1 Quo Service

When you register with our Service and install the tag1quo module on your website(s) our Service collects information about your website(s). Collected information may include, but is not limited to site name, site URL, site logo, site favicon, PHP version, server name, and comprehensive details about all modules and themes in your codebase whether or not enabled. We strive to collect the minimum amount of required information allowing us to provide a useful and accurate Service.

Use of Information

We work diligently to protect your information from unauthorized use. Your information is considered confidential both online and offline. We do not share any information with third-parties except as detailed below.

We set cookies to enhance your browsing experience and to allow logins -- no personally identifying information is stored in these cookies.

 We strictly enforce email privacy and email addresses are never sold. Email addresses may be shared with Sendgrid, Stripe and StatusPage, services that may send emails to you on our behalf. We use email addresses to allow account management (such as password resets). Subscribers may receive email notifications when security issues affect their website(s) unless they manually opt-out of these notifications. Subscribers may opt in to receiving marketing emails and additional information about our Service.

When tag1quo is enabled on your website, we store information about your website(s) on our servers where it is analyzed in order to provide timely security advisories. We also use this information to determine how up to date your site is compared to current releases. We may share this information with your hosting provider.

3rd Party Use of Information

We use Stripe to collect, store, and process credit card information when processing subscription payments. We integrate with Stripe through their secure APIs, and do not store any credit card information on our servers. Stripe uses this information to collect subscription fees, and may send you emails whenever your credit card is charged.

We use Twilio's Sengrid to send most emails from our Service. Information shared with Sendgrid may include but is not limited to complete copies of all emails sent from Service, email addresses, and statistics that include but are not limited to viewing the emails and clicking the links within the emails.

We use GitHub to organize, host, and distribute security patches to Subscribers.

We use StatusPage.io to monitor uptime of our Service and all the third party services it depends on. Users have the ability to sign up for notifications from this service, which requires sharing personal information directly with them.
