Tag1 Quo Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using Tag1 Quo and this website (collectively the “Service”) operated by Tag1 Consulting, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, Subscribers and anyone else who accesses or uses the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access or use the Service.

Licenses

Security patches and releases provided by this Service are made available under the GPLv2. Company assumes no liability for damages caused by the use, misuse, or lack of use of these patches and releases.

Subscriptions

Our Service is billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. Refunds or credits are not offered for partial months of Service, changes in Service level, or unused Service. You must provide accurate billing information including your name, email address, and valid credit card` details  in order to subscribe.

Downgrading your Service level may cause the loss of content or features. Tag1 Consulting does not accept any liability for such loss.

When you upgrade or downgrade your Service plan level, the credit card you provided will be automatically charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.

Cancellation of Service will stop any auto-renewal of your Subscription, but your account will remain active through the time period you’ve already paid for. Once you reach the end of paid service all data stored on our servers may be deleted. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account through the Service website.

Tag1 Consulting, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service can result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account and all associated data. Tag1 Consulting reserves the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Pricing

Levels of service and pricing information are documented on Service website. Tag1 Consulting reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue the Service or any part of the Service with or without notice.

Subscription prices are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us.

Intellectual Property

The Service logo, content copyrights, trade marks, design rights and other intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered) belong to Tag1 Consulting, Inc or 3rd parties. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse this intellectual property without express written permission from Tag1 Consulting.

Confidentiality

Company treats all your information, including name, website, URL, CMS, CMS version, CMS-enabled features, security status, and update status as confidential information shared only with you and at times with your hosting provider, unless further permission is explicitly granted in by you in writing or otherwise required by law.

However, you understand that information is transferred between your website(s) and Service, and between Service and your computer(s)  over networks that are not owned, operated or controlled by us, and we can not responsible for any of data being lost, altered, intercepted or stored across these networks.

Governing Law

Any failure by Tag1 Consulting to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You agree that these Terms of Service and your use of the Service are governed under New York law.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service contains links to third party web sites and services that are not owned or controlled by Tag1 Consulting, Inc.

We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, practices or availability of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Data Accuracy

Service makes a reasonable effort to provide up-to-date security and update information to Subscribers. You acknowledge that this depends on a number of interconnected 3rd party data sources, any of which can independently and temporarily affect accuracy. We strive to detect, highlight where possible, and resolve accuracy issues in a reasonable manner.

You acknowledge that this Service provides all information on a best effort basis and without warranty. Tag1 Consulting does not accept any liability for any inaccuracies.

Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

Current and historical service availability is documented at https://tag1quo.statuspage.io. You can subscribe to Tag1 Quo status updates from this page. Feature enhancements, bug fixes and ongoing maintenance of Service and its infrastructure are tested and deployed regularly through a systematic, Agile workflow. Tag1 Consulting makes no uptime guarantees.

Tag1 Consulting, Inc manages and owns the Service and all information contained. Information collected about your website may be removed by request, when you cancel the service, or when otherwise required by law.

You understand and agree that your use of this service is at your own risk. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind. We do not represent or warrant that (i) the use of this service is secure, uninterrupted, or error-free (ii) the Service will meet your requirements or expectations, or (iii) errors or defects in the Service will be corrected.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
